Starting with the end of my first blog, here are my two cents on #LEADERSHIP today:
Expressing #vulnerability doesn't render weakness; on the contrary, it empowers us. Vulnerability is one of the most potent tools a leader (and anyone) can offer. It's through the shared authenticity and openness that we cultivate a culture of strength and #resilience within our organizations.
It doesn’t mean you need to share every thought with your employees and team, however fostering the right amount of psychological space to share by role modeling how to do it will make your team more productive and efficient at the end.
To feel is to be vulnerable. Believing that vulnerability is weakness is believing that feeling is weakness”.

LEADERIS Consulting. Why? What? & How?
We considered numerous names for my new consultant company (we as for me and my husband, the untitled CTO/COO). After weeks of contemplation, we finally decided. LEADERIS Consulting. Strangely, it recalled the challenges we faced when deciding on our kids’ names. And then it hit me- opening a company is akin to bringing a child into the world (minus the physical pains and weight gain, of course). However, deciding on a name, it turns out to be just the tip of the iceberg.
Hi, I'm Hana, and I would like to share with you some of the behind the scenes of a VISION.
The process of sculpting your #vision into reality is a familiar challenge for me—one that I love. It excites me. I tend to find joy in the small victories along the way and acknowledge the frustrations that accompany the inevitable hiccups. As leader, can you relate to this sentiment and feelings?
Perhaps delving into some examples and questions I was asked along the way by leaders can be helpful:
“Did I assemble the right individuals for my team? do they possess the fortitude to seize the ultimate prize? And do they know what the prize is?”
“I had the opportunity to hire 2/3 of my team, but what to do now? They are all new!”
“Wow I finally got the VP title! Oh gosh what am I supposed to do now? They will probably fire me after a week.”
“I acknowledge it has only been three days, but when can I make the first major organizational change? I know exactly what to do!”
“I don’t know if we can commit for two years to intensive development or use the architectural foundations we have? Is my team can handle it?”
If you related to any of the above, we probably need to have a coffee soon!
LEADERIS Consulting has embarked on its inaugural journey, drawing inspiration from one of the main characters in the organization, the LEADER. As Leadership Development consultant I’m aiming to guide leaders to be at their best. This is what I do.
What we DO? & How we DO IT?
When visualizing, a vision may relate to your role as a leader or the position you currently hold within the organization. It can extend to your team and their potential to excel. It could also encompass how you envisioned your organizational culture and the identity you want for your company. The challenge lies in recognizing the disparity between your vision and the current reality—the gap between what you aspire to and the existing conditions. I am here to assist you in pinpointing this gap and guiding you on how to bridge it.
LEADERIS Consulting was founded to be a platform who guide leaders to be at their best (and so I will be able to continue doing what I love), by crafting an organizational psychological space to do so.
The opportunity to assess, design and execute tailor made solutions for you is what we do best! By nurturing powerful skills and offering a platform for leaders’ practical application, we empower leaders and organizations to thrive.
