Most leaders don’t struggle because they’re not capable.

They struggle because:

They’re promoted and expected to “figure it out”

They lead people before they understand the role

They repeat patterns they never had time to question

Leadership failure usually isn’t dramatic.

It’s Slow. Quiet. And Avoidable.

At Leaderis, we work from a simple belief:

Leadership needs support while it’s happening, not only in hindsight.

That’s why our work sits close to reality:
Real people, real teams, real pressure.

Sometimes that includes feedback.
Sometimes it includes alignment, trust, or decisions.

The point isn’t the skill.
It’s the growth.

Leaders grow while leading and that’s exactly where support matters.

We work with leaders at every stage

First-time managers

Caring, unsure, and determined not to get it wrong.

Managers & leaders

Wanting to lead clearly, make tough decisions, and stay human.

Leadership teams

Needing to reset

how they lead

together, not just

what they deliver.

Leadership looks different in each context.

The need is similar: practical, real-time support while leadership is happening.

Workshops & practice sessions

Hands-on. Focused. Immediately applicable.

These sessions are built around real leadership situations, not generic examples.

Managers practice:

  • setting expectations clearly

  • giving feedback that doesn’t escalate or disappear

  • holding accountability without becoming rigid

  • responding in the moment, not days later

The goal isn’t to “cover material.”
It’s to leave with language, clarity, and confidence they can use the next day.

I’ve had the pleasure to work with and experience Hana Zacay’s expertise in leadership. In fact, Hana facilitated my leadership cohort of a dozen of my peers on the topic of ‘Leadership and Building a Feedback Culture.’ The training resonated not only with a number of my fellow peer candidates but also with myself personally. Her direct yet authentic style and as an expert in this field resulted in another level of engagement and connection that one does not usually experience in an HR workshop. This was evident during our program Capstone presentations where several of my peers cited Hana and her training as one of the most influential workshops in their six-months of leadership journey. As an HR practitioner myself, I left with quite a few new takeaways and lessons learned. Hana is brilliant, inspiring and an example of leadership development in today’s professional landscape.
